Please note that as our products are made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for our products due to change of mind. Also, gift card sales are final and can not be returned or refunded.
In the Care Case of Damages or Other Issues
We strongly recommend that you inspect your order upon receiving it, and in the rare case of any defects or damages to your product or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at (care@weavedexpressions.com) with pictures of the defect and/or issue and we will be happy to address the issue and, when applicable, reproduce the product and send it to you at no extra charge.
Please note that claims must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. Also, the product/item claimed must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, otherwise, the claim will not be accepted.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of return shipping will be at the customer's expense. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
